Hello and welcome to my blog!

I’ve never had a blog before so I’m slightly worried how I may cope with the responsibility! My plan is to update it with a post about once a week, but I know it’s going to be hard. The thing I’m mostly worried about is finding topics interesting enough to entertain everyone.

As my may have guess from my domain, the subject matter will mostly be fitness. I’m sure I’ll go off on the odd tangent or the odd rant, but by and large I’ll be writing about fitness related issues.

I’m  a very active sports person, and can often be found on the football pitch or running marathons. I haven’t run one for a while as I’ve got a bad hip injury. As soon as it eases up I’m going to be raring to go again.
